After years of government disregard for financial system criminality the people have decided to take matters into their own hands. By choosing to boycott CBA for at least 12 months people have decided to send a strong message to Malcolm Turnbull and the directors of CBA - a message that will be heard around the world. People have had enough of the rip offs and crime permeating the banking system. If a bank can't make adequate profits without crime then it is time to change the industry model. A new system is required and it may mean significant restructuring will be on the agenda - preferably before the next crisis.

Turnbull and the banks wanted a sham Royal Commission into the the finance sector. BRN has released 11 Key Performance Indicators to help us identify whether the Hayne inquiry is genuine or not. The Commissioner has the powers required to make sure each point is met. Will he do the job? Apart from successfully meeting the KPIs the other measure of the Commission's worth will of course be the brightness of the smile on the Turnbull dial.

It is inevitable that people will find the behaviour of bankers intolerable. In a world first, upper echelon Australian bankers will likely soon be shunned by a broad section of the community. We will have important reforms when we have the guts to take a united stand. We must demand our freedom, rights and privacy. We do that in part by laughing our tormentors out of their positions of power and influence. Shunning these characters is far easier and more effective than violent revolution. Eventually we will have our justice & freedom by developing and using an alternate system that suits our needs - not theirs. It is that simple!
